€250 deposit, separate and transparent.
The standard deposit is listed as a separate item next to the rental rate. A request is not an online booking: a period can only be confirmed after a manual backoffice check.

Available capacity is checked internally. Occupied periods are never displayed publicly.
Receive a manual proposal
After review, the rental can be prepared as a quote or draft invoice, with deposit and arrangements shown separately.
